Looks fantastic!
Kind of a strange setup, but if it gets you into a house, it would be great, and it certainly has character! Can you drive up the driveway to the main level of the house, or do you have to go up all those stairs from the street? (Great weight loss program! not that you need it!) and it sure would be closer to work for you, I'm thinking.....

There is no driveway . . . parking is on the shoulder of 206 which means we would need to get the house for considerably less to be able to dig out some parking. It's actually just as far from work as we are now, but not farther which is good since it's difficult to find anything in this area even close to what we can afford.
