Obtaining a Canadian Passport
Thanks to a Canadian friend at our church, I was informed that I would need a passport for our vacation to Canada this summer. I knew that time was short, so I got the paperwork together immediately. In looking at all the information regarding passport processing times, I realized that it would take a miracle to get my passport in time for our trip on July 29th. Current processing times are between 10-14 weeks! There is a lot of debate about whether it is in fact law to have a passport to travel, so should my passport not come in time, perhaps there is a chance that I will be able to still fly. Please pray that my passport would come in time, or that the Lord would allow us to travel without it.

Will do....I'm assuming this is for Matt??? or Cherilyn, do you need one to get back in ? We didn't need it last summer, but things may have changed, plus H was traveling under official govt orders....

I am fighting every urge to make a wise crack . . . no, the passport would be for me since I am the Canadian. Matt's is still good till 2009.
