At Peace

Matt and I met with the seller today at 1:00. We were praying that it wouldn't be awkward . . . and it wasn't. In fact, we couldn't get the guy to stop talking! But we were able to get all of our questions answered in one shot. It turns out the septic was replaced in 2001 so we feel much better about it's longevity and don't plan on having it inspected after all. The only piece left to fall into place is the appraisal. We should find out this week if it appraises at least up to the amount of our mortgage. We covet your prayers as we seek the Lord's best.
